Cancellation Policy

POLICY I charge a 50% cancellation fee for canceling within 24 hours of your appointment. I charge a 100% no-call/no-show fee. Please be respectful of my time. Clients who are running more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be asked to reschedule. Booking through my website means you agree to these terms and I have the right to charge your card on file. And if you are not happy with your service, I do not offer refunds but I will fix or redo the service to your liking.
